Educate the Educators - Olayinka Ojo

Let's educate the educators. There is no dull student except for some special medical cases. Therefore it  implies that no student is suppose to have an 'F'. This write up is just my expression as an artist,  it is not a result of a statistical research.  I asked some few students that if they were given a million Naira price for any course in which they have an 'A' will their results  be any better?  It was as though a lion practically reside in their throat with the boldness at which they roared that they will not just have A's but A's with 100 score.  This suggested something to me,  that if students are provided with right motivation, worthy expectations and lofty hope then failure will no longer exist on their score sheet.  Let's check it out.  It was war before we could confirm the secondary school certificate of our president but he has what it takes to sack prof.  Dibu Ojerinde  without apology.  Students will rather spend more time in the studio doing their music rather than reading for test or examination because their lecturers are not the ones with the Gwagon or c-class neither are they the ones wearing the loboutin and taking a trip to Dubai every weekend. Let's talk about project  fame, maltina Dance hall ,Star Trek or the Voice  Nigeria,  all give handsome rewards for the labour of the contestants.  In this same country that expect students to do well in school presented a mug to a First Class graduate,  what's the price for cowbell mathematics competition ? There is nothing like  dull students, they only invest their brilliance into a worthy endeavor that has visible hope and expectations. Is it not sad to spend 18years(no strike)  in school to still fast and pray for a 50k job after 30days?  More students will fail in school unless our educators find the missing link. I hope this has educate the educators.
