President of Zimbabwe, The Enigmatic Robert Mugabe Has ordered the Zimbabwean Police to arrest the athletes that represented the country at the just concluded Rio Olympic because they won no medals.

He stated that the money wasted on them should have been used to improve the infrastructure of the country than waste it on lazy athletes.
