Arsenal Star Set to miss Man United Clash

Arsenal record signing Alexander Lacazette has been ruled out of the game against Manchester United at the Emirate on Saturday, December 2. The former Lyon striker went out with a groin injury after opening the scoring for the Gunners in their 5-0 demolition of Huddersfield at the Emirates.

And his boss confirmed it was bad news for Lacazette after the clash. Wenger said: "It is an injury, it looked like a groin injury so he might be out for a while." He later confirmed: "Lacazette has a groin problem and he will certainly be out for Saturday's game.

Arsenal consolidated on their top four position with a convincing second half performance saw them run out 5-0 winners against new Premier League boys Huddersfield. Lacazette who has scored seven goals for Arsenal this season will be deeply missed but Wenger can call on former United striker Danny Welbeck and Lacazette's french compatriot Olivier Giroud.
