Man applies for a restraining order against GOD in Israel

A man sick of the bad luck and misfortune that he felt was messing with his life petitioned an Israeli court for a restraining order against God.
The man, who was not named in news reports, lives in the country’s northern port city of Haifa and has apparently called police to his home multiple times in the past three years, begging the police to issue a restraining order against the Supreme Being, to no avail.
“For the past three years He started to treat me harshly and not nicely. I complained to the police many times. The Israel police asked me to take out a restraining order,” he told the court. The man argued that over a three-year span God had displayed a “seriously negative attitude towards me,” without providing specific details.
The poor guy’s bad luck did not end that day, as the judge ruled his case “ludicrous” and said he needed help from other sources outside the court.
I think we all can think of better endings, such as the judge telling the guy to go away because God works in mysterious ways, or postponing the case until God appeared or sent down a stone tablet to offer His side of the issue, or, why not, actual issuing the restraining order and then claiming a typo directed it against Allah.
