Is Tinubu More Powerful Than OBJ In The South West?

Who is boss between Tinubu and Obasanjo because some people have been saying Tinubu can deliver 80 / 90% for the President come 2019 election ..So I'm asking Yorubas and others... Who is the most powerful man in the South West as a whole..isn't it Baba Iyabo?

With the objection of OBJ to Buhari's policies now I believe Buhari can only have 35% in the south west.. Never underestimate obj like seriously. Forget Tinubu.. OBJ can frustrate Tinubu and Buhari at the same time.
